Cancellation policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes need to change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to prepare and offer the space to others where possible.
Cancellations made with 48 hours notice or more will be eligible for:
- A rescheduled session or
- Credit towards a future booking
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, as materials and space preparation will already have taken place.
If you are experiencing unexpected circumstances, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Where possible we will always aim to respond with understanding and care.
Thank you for understanding the time, preparation, and intention that goes into each session.
Private party bookings: To secure your private party date a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. This allows preparation of materials and confirms confirmation of your chosen date. The remaining balance will be payable before or on the day of the event as agreed.
